About Dr. Black

Dr. Warren Black graduated from Wayne State University majoring in biology / chemistry before attending University of Detroit Mercy school of Dentistry from 1996-1999 attaining his doctorate of dental surgery. Dr. Black has also taken hundreds of hours of continuing education courses in Implantology, cosmetic dentistry, sleep apnea, endodontics (root canals), and orthodontics (braces). He has also been a member of the ADA / MDA for over twenty years.

Professional History
Dr. Black currently practices professionally in Flint Township Michigan at The Dental Depot. He has practiced dentistry over twenty years and is considered an expert in the field of dentistry. Dr. Black has been recognized on several occasions as a top dentist in Michigan, most recently in 2020 / 2021 by HOUR Magazine as a top dentist in Oakland county Michigan. Dr. Black also practiced as the official team dentist of the professional NFL team the Detroit Lions from 2005-2010. His genuine love of people and his joy of getting to know them are what drew him into dentistry. Dr. Black enjoys helping people using his skills and talents to make patients feel comfortable and happy, and to educate them in oral health.

Personal history
Dr. Black lives in Oakland County Michigan with his wife and daughters. Outside of the office, his favorite pastimes include exercise, sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
